Job Title: Concierge Customer Service Inside Sales.
Reports To: Customer Service Manager.
Status: Salary – Exempt
Summary:
Responsible for developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, with a high level of focus on exceptional communication with the sales team to achieve our customer acquisition and revenue growth goals, working with channel partners, qualifying leads, and closing sales. Responsible for effectively tracking sales data to understand customer needs, identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails to support sales executives in closing sales deals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Concierge Customer Service to B2B customers is key for this role as it will require maintaining and building customer relations through the sales cycle with a sense of urgency.
2. Developing new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls and lead follow-ups.
3. Communicating with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
4. Answering customers’ questions, resolving their concerns, and providing additional information via calls and emails.
5. Explaining and demonstrating the functions and features of products and services.
6. Prominent level of communication with all departments and customers
7. Researching for new leads.
8. Maintain an elevated level of product knowledge.
9. Calculates quotes and negotiates price, delivery, and terms of sale.
10. Office administration duties within the department.
Concierge Customer Service Inside Sales Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required as are strong Customer Service focus skills.
Ability to work quickly with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with strong organizational and multi-task skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office and Salesforce.
Focus and attention to provide and motivate growth throughout the sales department to help meet and exceed sales targets.
Minimum 3 years Customer Service Inside sales experience.

Job Title: Customer Intake Specialist Partner.
Reports To: Customer Service Manager.
Status: Hourly, Non-exempt.
Summary:
The Customer Intake Specialist Partner at E-Z Weld will initiate the order process for customer accounts. They will support internal and external opportunities, as well as partnerships for long-term business growth and profitability. This is a highly interactive and transactional position, responsible for providing a consistent and positive customer experience. This role serves as a main customer contact on a day-to-day basis and provide support for the company. Successful Intake Specialist will have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communication skills, attention to detail and commitment to E-Z Weld customers. This is the perfect role for someone looking to join an organization with room to grow and learn PVC conduit Pipes and CPVC Solvent cement and Primers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Adhering to standard work procedures, enters customer orders into System, confirms orders and delivery dates and follows-up on order status inquiries.
2. Ensuring Order accuracy upon entry and all customer order requirements are on the Customer profile.
3. Answer and respond to all inquiries received via telephone, email, and website leads.
4. Maintain E-Z Weld Digital File Sales Order, Invoice, and Shipping Documentation in Teams.
5. Responsible for maintaining Onboarding customers and setting up new ship-to accounts for customers.
6. Knowledge of Microsoft software.
7. Identifies and escalates order management issues to Manager.
8. Will partner with various departments including, but not limited to Accounting, Logistic, Planning, Quality and Warehouse.
9. Update quotes to deliver pricing information to customers.
10. Build and maintain strong trusting professional relationships with E-Z Weld External and Internal customers.
Customer Intake Specialist Partner Required Skills and Qualifications:
High School degree required.
Minimum 1 years Customer Service experience with history of building successful relationships with Internal and External customers.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Strong attention to detail.
Salesforce experience.
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus.

Job Title: Light Duty Operator.
Reports To: Supervisor on Duty
Status: Hourly, Non-exempt
Posting Date: 01/17/2024
Summary:
Responsible for operating and set-up machines that perform labeling, filling, container sealing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Set up equipment according to instructions.
2. Selects, positions, and secures tooling as required for each piece of equipment on the line.
3. Starts machine and observes operation to detect for malfunctions. Stops machine and reports to supervisor if necessary.
4. Use your dexterity skills such as, hand ad eye.
5. Package daily orders.
6. Be aware of chemical levels.
7. Inspect filled container to ensure that product is acceptable. Example levels, labels, sealed up properly. 8. Ensure stamp code (date).
9. Check container for defaults, such as cracks and or rust.
10. Package and seal completed orders.
11. Ensure accuracy of labels.
12. Ensure accuracy of quantities, as each order is different.
13. Verify that all canisters are wiped cleaned, and tops are tight.
14. Keep your area clean and organized.
15. Rotate required to rotate between works stations.
16. Perform any job or task assigned by your supervisor.
Light Duty Operator Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must be able to stand or sit for long time periods of time.
Must be able to handle all tasks and all phases of the daily operation of the facility. Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled facility.
Must be able to read and interpret documents, such as safety rules, maintenance, and or operating procedures.
Excellent attention to detail.
Must be able to work with a diverse group of people and in a team environment.
Must be able to communicate effectively with supervisor and co-workers.
Must be fast paced.
Must be able to meet daily production requirements.
Must be able to keep work area clean, neat, and safe.
Must report any injuries immediately to the closest supervisor.
Must comply with all OSHA and EZ Weld Group LLC safety rules.
Must be able to lift 18-25 lbs.
No jewelry.
No open toe shoes.
No smoking, except in the designed smoking area.

Summary:
Responsible for packing products, sealing boxes with products, and assembling pallets for storage. Operates machines to prepare our products for storage or shipment, including but not limited to filling, labeling, and sealing containers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1.- Fill, seal, inspect and prepare product to be packaged.
2.- Observe and monitor production line to ensure quality of products is filled to standards, including but not limited to correct chemical level, accurate label, accurate quality per order and cans are sealed properly.
3.- Ensure stamp code (Date) is correct.
4.- Rotate between workstations as needed.
5.- Adhere to all quality guidelines.
6.- Adhere to all safety guidelines, including wearing PPE.
7.- Performance housekeeping duties to keep machines and work area in a clean and orderly condition.
8.- Perform any job or task assigned by your supervisor.
